Love my BioLight! I turn it on after dark. It is bright enough to do things yet not imposing, soft on my eyes / energy and relaxes me for 2-3 hours before bed, winding my energy down as I prepare for bed. And they stop headaches and sore eyes. My friend is so impressed she wants to buy one too. This is one of my better purchases. Thank you Earthingoz
