I purchased Earthbones for my 4 year old picky Afghan Hound and unfortunately he did not like them. I contacted the earthbone's customer service and was blown away by their response. They were sorry that my dog didn't like their product. They immediately issued a refund, and suggested that I donate or dispose of the remaining earthbones. Now THAT'S service!!
