“My dogs used to love these dental treats but I placed my order and was charged for it 10 days ago and have not received it. I have attempted to contact them numerous times without any luck or response.”

“This is the best “new” company I have dealt with in too long. Their Maplewood Bully sticks, are outstanding! It’s our 4 month old puppy’s favorite, and we have been through many chew toys. We had an order get lost in the mail, and they promptly sent a new one out, and stayed in touch until it arrived. AND their complimentary tin of “human mints” is adorable and so thoughtful. Well done, EarthBones. Would love to give you and Beau ten stars. Cory and Chris Greene, Wisconsin”

“My dog enjoys these and they smell better than traditional bully sticks. I ordered Extra Thick and they definitely aren’t that thick. My 30 pound Bernedoodle can finish one in 15-20 minutes. For the price, I was really hoping they would last a lot longer.”

“I can't say enough about this company! And the product! When I initally received the order, the smoked smell of the treats (which is perfectly fine and natural) was a bit overwhelming to a few of my family members. I initially reached out for a possible refund. They responded so quickly and were happy to accomodate me. In the meantime, I actually gave my pup one of the bones to try. Just to see. And he LOVED it! So I decided to keep the product. :) I had ordered the 12" size initially and it was awkward for my dog to handle as he is on the smaller size. A lovely person named Beau Ice promptly shipped out the 6" size and I now have a super happy pup. We have all gotten more used to the smoky smell and sooooo appreciate that there are no chemicals involved in making the product. That is what means the most to us. That our pup is healthy! And happy! Thank you Earthly!!!!”

“I had a carrier delivery problem and I emailed Earthly right away. The CSR quickly sent out another order with a different carrier. Received it fast. So pleased to have a company who really cares about their customers. That’s how it should be done.”
