“The treats are great but the customer service isn’t consistent. This time it’s non-existent. I have tried them several times. More times than it should shipping is inexplicably delayed. This time it has been over two weeks and no response from customer service. Total bummer.”

“Well my bichon and papillon who are very particular about bully sticks loved them. But...my bichon devoured one in less than 30 minutes. The whole thing!! I can't have that I need them to last longer. They do Abell but that's not a complaint the more they smell my dogs like it.”

“Very nice company with awesome customer service! Unfortunately I could not get my dog interested in these bones, but the company was very nice to promptly refund my purchase price. I wish it would have worked out, as my dog resists tooth brushing and I hoped this would be the solution. I definitely recommend giving it a try; there is no risk as they will refund up to 90 days after your purchase!”

“My shihtzus were not thrilled.They tried but it seemed the bone is hard and the scent may not be appealing to them.Tried microwaving the bone in wet paper towel for 5 seconds- failed! However, best customer service! They refunded me for this. Thanks!”

“EarthBones seems like a great product, unfortunately my little girl doggie didn’t like them. She is very fussy when it comes to her treats. Thank you so much for the feedback and especially for the refund. You are a top notch company for sure!”

“The product came well packaged and smelled fresh, my dog just did not seem to want them. (Male Basenji). I contacted the customer service team and they were VERY helpful. Give earth bones a try for a healthier alternative for your pup!”
