Very nice company with awesome customer service! Unfortunately I could not get my dog interested in these bones, but the company was very nice to promptly refund my purchase price. I wish it would have worked out, as my dog resists tooth brushing and I hoped this would be the solution. I definitely recommend giving it a try; there is no risk as they will refund up to 90 days after your purchase!
