“My shihtzus were not thrilled.They tried but it seemed the bone is hard and the scent may not be appealing to them.Tried microwaving the bone in wet paper towel for 5 seconds- failed! However, best customer service! They refunded me for this. Thanks!”

“I was so excited about finding a dental chew that my dog would accept, but alas, my picky dog didn't take to Earthly earthbones. However, I have to praise the company for their excellent customer service. They were understanding about my problem and very prompt in addressing it. “I have rated earthbones 5 out of 5 even though my dog didn’t like them. My dog would not even hardly lick one. Why 5 out of 5? earthly send me an email the day my earthbones arrived asking how my dog like them. I responded that he didn’t have any interest in them and within hours I had a notice of refund and a very kind understanding email saying all dogs are different and some dogs don’t go for them.
I am overwhelmed with the outstanding service of earthly. I will pass the earthbones I have out to my friends with similar sized dogs to see if they enjoy them. I want to drum up some business for this company because they operate so well a d with such integrity. What a wonderful breath of fresh air.”

“Our old dachshund really liked these. However over a period of 3 days getting 1 per dat, he vomited 2 nights in a row. I would not say this was due to the bones as out dog has had many stomach issues over his 12 years. I contacted the company and heard from them the very next day and was refunded my entire purchase. Excellent company. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase due to our dog's sensitive stomach.”

“The customer service was excellent, ordering, shipping, etc. were exceptional. It's an awesome idea to create a wholesome product that helps with dogs dental issues (I should say dog parent issues) My only regret was my furry girl was unable to chew the dog bones.

“I've been searching for a good dental chew that my soft toothed border collie could eat and clean his teeth. We've done well with several types, Minty's, ones of that nature. While my boy just didn't care for them, our overall experience with earthly has been top notch! Order was easy and delivery was timely. I encourage everyone who is interested to give them a go.
A sidebar note. The chew's were mailed in a soft pack pouch. At some point in the handling the pack might have been crushed enough to pop open the earthbound bag. This may have contributed to the bones getting too stale and hard for my boy. As stated above he has kinda "soft" teeth and won't chew things that are too hard, including toy's.....”

“First the customer service is the best. They engage in a real conversation and don’t just read from a script. Second, my dog loves these and I like that they last a little longer than other dental chews. They have better ingredients so am confident giving to my dog. Highly recommend- comparable in price but exceed quality of others. Did I mention how fabulous their customer service was!!”

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and customer service assured me they would take care of it. They said they will send me a new order out and I could keep the other one. “First of all - Earthly's customer service is awesome. This is not meant to be a negative review of their product but my "very picky" Boston Terrier did not really care for the Earthbones. I contacted Earthly and explained this to them and I received a reply and TOTAL refund the same day. I would recommend this company to anyone who wishes to try it. I noticed that they now carry bully sticks which my Boston loves and I plan on ordering them. I just want to thank Earthly for their understanding and consideration that they afforded me.”

“I gave this a 2 out of 5, not because it is a bad quality snack, but because he wouldn't eat them. I actually think it's probably very good quality. It smells good, and I thought for sure my dog would like them. I think part of the problem is that though they are small, they are very dense and my dog doesn't seem to like treats that are firm. Not sure if it is possible in the future, but may be consider sending a new customer just one treat and then follow up to see if their dog liked it to encourage ordering, for dogs that are pickier (like mine).”
