“My daughters dog and my yorkie won't let us brush their teeth so we decide to try the earthbones. We hope the bones help with the tarter.”

“I gave this a 2 out of 5, not because it is a bad quality snack, but because he wouldn't eat them. I actually think it's probably very good quality. It smells good, and I thought for sure my dog would like them. I think part of the problem is that though they are small, they are very dense and my dog doesn't seem to like treats that are firm. Not sure if it is possible in the future, but may be consider sending a new customer just one treat and then follow up to see if their dog liked it to encourage ordering, for dogs that are pickier (like mine).”

“My Chase n I love ❤️ the company, employees n the bones for Chase. Somehow I really messed up with the auto shipment, but they straightened out everything n got me back on track. Chase sees the bag of bones n starts jumping around with excitement.”

“While the chews were not my dog’s cup of tea, the earthbones team walked me through some suggestions and then ultimately refunded my purchase with grace and generosity. I would definitely do business with them again if I didn’t have such a picky dog!”

“Don't hesitate to try earthbones! I so wanted these to work for my Chihuahua, but he just took them and hid them. Sigh, even dipping it in peanut butter didn't work. I emailed earthbones and they quickly refunded my money and sent a great email. Thank you for letting me try your product!”

“Although my small dogs didn't love earthbones, the team there took care of my return quickly and were so easy to deal with. I wish that my dogs DID like them, as I have spent $$$ on dentals...super nice company”

“I cannot say enough about the customer service at Earthbones. I ordered some bones for my pups through their website. They were timely in processing and mailing my order. Unfortunately the package was stolen from our mailbox along with some other gifts for Christmas. I reached out to their customer service and told them of my loss. They replaced my order at no additional cost. They totally surpassed my expectations. I cannot wait to see how the pups like the Earthbones. Thank you Earthbones for being a company that truly cares about it’s customers!!”

“I’m giving them 5 stars because of the great customer service when I asked to return them. My very fussy Yorkie did not like them and would not eat them. I wrote to the company right away and the they are giving me a full refund. Thanks earthbones!”

“I bought earthbones for my dogs. My lab would eat them so fast, even with supervision, that he would choke. I was afraid he would do damage to himself. I believe this is due to my dog and his need to eat as fast as possible and not due to the bones them selves. I emailed your company and you were fast, friendly, apologetic and efficient. I am very sorry they didn't work for us but believe they are a great product.”

“I purchased Earthbones for my 4 year old picky Afghan Hound and unfortunately he did not like them. I contacted the earthbone's customer service and was blown away by their response. They were sorry that my dog didn't like their product. They immediately issued a refund, and suggested that I donate or dispose of the remaining earthbones. Now THAT'S service!!”

“My Labradoodle ""Maggie Mae" loves the medium earthbones, but by mistake I ordered the wrong ones. I sent a note to Earthbones and they made up for my mistake without any charge to me. Excellent customer service. Maggie will be enjoying her Earthbones for a long time. GMC in Las Vegas, NV”

“My dog loves these bones and the customer service is excellent. I accidentally ordered the wrong size on Black Friday. I reached out to customer service and within an hour they had arranged to send me the correct ones. Their customer service fixed my error! They have certainly earned a loyal customer in me.”

“I tried this product on my moms recommendation. Her dog was using them once a day, loved them and his breath smelled great.
