Having one’s dog need to be “put under” to have his teeth cleaned is both unpleasant for him and expensive. In order to avoid that I go to great effort to keep his teeth clean. When I read ads for EarthBones they seemed like a good fit.
Our order arrived in a timely way.
Our dog, who eats anything, took the bone to his spot, chewed it into pieces and then left it. On day 2 he brought the bone to his mat and left it, there stepping over it all day. Absolutely no interest.
On Sunday evening I wrote to EarthBones explaining my disappointment and requested a
refund. On Monday morning I received a message acknowledging my disappointment and offering me a full refund. Communication was quick and professional. I’m sorry the product did not appeal to my dog because this is the kind of company I would like to do business with. Customer service was excellent. Maybe another time.”
“These bones weren't right for my dogs--who are older dogs. One of my dogs was able to break off a small piece and I was afraid she might get it lodged in her throat. My other dog couldn't break thru the density of the bone. They both gave up. They ae used to bones they chew and swallow. I liked their ingredients and thought it might be a good idea.
