“EVEN THOUGH MY DOG DID NOT LIKE THE TASTE, THE COMPANY WAS SO NICE TO ISSUE ME A FULL REFUND FOR THE PRODUCT. NICE WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER.”

“I think the reason for rejection was peppermint. I gave them to a friend & her dogs love them. Customer service was exceptional. Sorry they didn't work out.”

“The product came well packaged and smelled fresh, my dog just did not seem to want them. (Male Basenji). I contacted the customer service team and they were VERY helpful. Give earth bones a try for a healthier alternative for your pup!”
