“My Chihuahua loves the Earthbones. I love that they are made in the USA of healthy quality ingredients. Chihuahuas are prone to teeth problems, so these are part of her hygiene routine. Also, the customer care is very impressive !”

“My 50lb pit pull LOVES these! As soon as she finishes eating she runs to her bed and whines until she gets her bone. She's almost 9 years old and her teeth are beautiful. Wanted to add a one time item to ship with my subscription, and the chat moderator was very helpful with this request. They then went ahead and placed the order for me. THANKS!”

“Great customer service. My dogs love it and it has made a great difference in their breath. The only bones my one pup who typically inhales treats takes her time to chew. Did the auto shipment option, they are so great.”

“The company stands behind their customer service statement. My dogs loved the Earthbones but had some stomach upset after eating them so I contacted the company. They immediately refunded my money as stated. Anyone can advertise a product but to me a sign of a good company is their service after the sale.”

“My dog Remy should be writing this because he loves this company and the delivery not to mention the packaging. This company is above and beyond especially today’s world where you are lucky if you get your orders. I bought Milkbones for my dogs in the past but the ingredients can not compare nor the beautiful white teeth my GSD Remy has from chewing on Earthbones.”

“I truly love all the products here! They are amazing and I trust the company completely.,I used to buy bully sticks from other companies, then I read about how when so many were tested, a great portion came back with bacteria. So sadly, I had to stop letting my 3 dogs have them and especially,when I read about the ones that had no smell, I found out they were bleaching them. I,was so happy beyond words, when I found the earthbones and how wonderful the bones were for my dogs teeth. Imagine how ecstatic I was when they came out with the bully sticks that were Maple slow cooked! Finally,I found a company that cares about animals, not only money! My dogs are so so happy and I feel so happy watching them enjoy these wonderful bones! I cannot be more happy and Thankyou so much for caring about our animals as much as us! Bless you all, really. My dogs are so happy and their teeth are great and in wonderful shape. I buy 50 at a time, put them in auto ship and freeze them because if they run out, we are all sad and miserable. I do feel their pain!This happened this past few months, now they are back and I keep telling my dogs that the man is coming with the bones to the door! They are waiting patiently, and really, this last month has been just awful without these amazing,maple bullysticks! The company was kind enough to write me and tell me they were back! Thankyou so much. I won't let my little guys run out again, it hasn't been good. At least I had the wonderful earthbones, but they crave the maple too. I totally get why! Thankyou again for,such a wonderful company with the best bones and treats that are made with healthy ingredients and with care.I hope everyone gets their dogs them, they will be so happy they did! I would,rather pay for these bones and their happiness, then vet bills! Thankyou again so very much!”

“My dog loves earthly bones and the customer service team has been incredible! When I first got the bones for my 4 year old chihuahua she refused to eat them. I wrote the company and asked for a refund and they responded quickly and gave me a full refund. Now 1 month later, my dog finally came around and ate them! After 1 week I noticed that her breath improved drastically and she absolutely loves the bones now. I am a super happy doggie Mom! The treats are healthy and they work.”

“Excellent customer service! Bones arrived quickly and unfortunately my dog is an extremely picky eater, and she didn't like the bones (haven't found one that she does like). Within a few hours of sending an email I was refunded the entire amount.”
