My dog loves earthly bones and the customer service team has been incredible! When I first got the bones for my 4 year old chihuahua she refused to eat them. I wrote the company and asked for a refund and they responded quickly and gave me a full refund. Now 1 month later, my dog finally came around and ate them! After 1 week I noticed that her breath improved drastically and she absolutely loves the bones now. I am a super happy doggie Mom! The treats are healthy and they work.
