“I am pleased to provide feedback on not only the bullys product; but also, the Earthly customer service team. I ordered 2 packs of bullys and unfortunately, they were lost in delivery somewhere. I contacted the Earthly team and was assured they would resend the package...which they did. In the interim, I received emails from Earthly inquiring about the delivery. Once I did receive the bullys, I advised Earthly. My dog, a senior 60 pound mixed breed is picky about her food. I have offered her other bully treats and she chews the end and leaves the rest. The other sticks have been more brittle and have had a distinct odor. These Earthy bullys are comparable to a dense beef jerky that we humans would eat and they have a pleasant aroma. She has now had two over the past couple of days. She obviously enjoys them, they hold together nicely and I feel she is eating a quality treat. The customer service at Earthly is extraordinary and the rep I dealt with, Beau Ice, is a consummate professional. I was treated as an "A" customer, even though this is my first order. It will NOT be my last order! I am confident the Earthly product line is one of quality.”

“The maple wood smoked bullys smelled great, and although my dog's tail wagged profusely when I opened the bag, they didn't "Float his boat" as he's a picky eater. The customer service team to return them was wonderful, full refund, responded within a day.”

“Very nice company with awesome customer service! Unfortunately I could not get my dog interested in these bones, but the company was very nice to promptly refund my purchase price. I wish it would have worked out, as my dog resists tooth brushing and I hoped this would be the solution. I definitely recommend giving it a try; there is no risk as they will refund up to 90 days after your purchase!”

“Though my very picky pups weren't a fan of the taste, I couldn't be more impressed with the customer service. I would bet that most dogs would absolutely love these and I would most definitely highly recommend giving them a try. Great people, awesome company.”

“My dog loves his earth bone at the end of the day. He thinks of it as his treat, but we like the quality of the dental bone, and the fact that is is made in the USA. We know earth bones are excellent for overall mouth health of our dog, and he loves them. The service team at Earthbones is exceptional. I requested assistance with my subscription, and Beau was extremely timely with the resolution to my questions. Earth bones are an excellent supplement to our dog’s health program.”

“This company is so wonderful, they care about their customers and always take the time to write me about my order. This tells me they care about dogs.I trust the ingredients and never worry about them harming my dogs, I feel safe when I give them the wonderful dental bones. Their teeth are so clean now, the dental bones and bully sticks are so great. Other bully sticks I was so worried about giving them because of the bacteria, but these maple sticks are cleaned very well and roasted a long time and the maple is a wonderful bully stick they really enjoy. I appreciate this company, product and people greatly, Thankyou so much!”

“I used to feed my dog the dental chews from Kirkland (Costco), but was delighted to switch to Earthbones. The Kirkland ones are very rubbery and get gobbled immediately, whereas the harder Earthbones really give my girl the cleaning she's supposed to get. Best of all, the Earthbones aren't full of a laundry list of multisyllabic synthetics. Bottom line? My doggie is unfathomably precious to me and I take the responsibility to protect her health very seriously. Earthbones are a tiny bit more expensive in comparison, but it's worth it - I want to invest in her health so we can spend more years together. As with human food, low-quality crap costs less but leads to vet bills and heartbreak later on. I would rather cut costs in any other area of my life, but not when it comes to my beloved dog. Best of all, my finicky pup LOVES her nightly dental chew and whines for it every time. Oh, and Beau at customer care has been incredibly responsive and kind. Can't say enough about the product or the company!”

“I skeptically got a bag of these to try with our 15 year old Minpin that literally had breath that smelled like poop just 4 to 5 months after getting his teeth professionally cleaned at the vet. I was amazed at what a great job they did! It was getting to the point that none of us could stand to have him on our lap because of the smell. Now he’s just the best cuddle buddy and doesn’t stink to high heaven anymore. We have a subscription now so we never run out.”

“Earthly gets 5 stars from me because of their outstanding customer care. We have an extremely "picky eater" pup. Unfortunately, try as we might we couldn't get her to try the EarthBones. Even emailed Earthly to see if they had any suggestions. We continued to try for another week, then finally let them know it wasn't working. They were very responsive, sent an email expressing how they appreciated our feedback and promptly refunded our money. I'm very impressed with their excellent customer service and prompt responses. Thank you, Earthly, for standing behind your guarantee!”

“These bones are great ROXIE loves them we ordered by weight and got medium but she was having trouble eating them so the company sent us a free trial on the small size and she enjoyed them. A great company to deal with they refunded the larger size and we will be ordering more monthly to keep her teeth in good order.”

“My chihuahuas love earth bones. I recently rescued my 2nd little 5 pound guy and he won’t eat any other treats. He had bad teeth and we had his teeth cleaned by our vet. We’re hoping these help to keep his teeth clean. Customer service is great and the treats come quickly.”
