Earthly gets 5 stars from me because of their outstanding customer care. We have an extremely "picky eater" pup. Unfortunately, try as we might we couldn't get her to try the EarthBones. Even emailed Earthly to see if they had any suggestions. We continued to try for another week, then finally let them know it wasn't working. They were very responsive, sent an email expressing how they appreciated our feedback and promptly refunded our money. I'm very impressed with their excellent customer service and prompt responses.
