I am pleased to provide feedback on not only the bullys product; but also, the Earthly customer service team. I ordered 2 packs of bullys and unfortunately, they were lost in delivery somewhere. I contacted the Earthly team and was assured they would resend the package...which they did. In the interim, I received emails from Earthly inquiring about the delivery. Once I did receive the bullys, I advised Earthly. My dog, a senior 60 pound mixed breed is picky about her food. I have offered her other bully treats and she chews the end and leaves the rest. The other sticks have been more brittle and have had a distinct odor. These Earthy bullys are comparable to a dense beef jerky that we humans would eat and they have a pleasant aroma. She has now had two over the past couple of days. She obviously enjoys them, they hold together nicely and I feel she is eating a quality treat. The customer service at Earthly is extraordinary and the rep I dealt with, Beau Ice, is a consummate professional. I was treated as an "A" customer, even though this is my first order. It will NOT be my last order! I am confident the Earthly product line is one of quality.
