“Really don’t know how to number the stars, my dog did not like the product but customer service was great! Having one’s dog need to be “put under” to have his teeth cleaned is both unpleasant for him and expensive. In order to avoid that I go to great effort to keep his teeth clean. When I read ads for EarthBones they seemed like a good fit. Our order arrived in a timely way. Our dog, who eats anything, took the bone to his spot, chewed it into pieces and then left it. On day 2 he brought the bone to his mat and left it, there stepping over it all day. Absolutely no interest. On Sunday evening I wrote to EarthBones explaining my disappointment and requested a refund. On Monday morning I received a message acknowledging my disappointment and offering me a full refund. Communication was quick and professional. I’m sorry the product did not appeal to my dog because this is the kind of company I would like to do business with. Customer service was excellent. Maybe another time.”

“These bones weren't right for my dogs--who are older dogs. One of my dogs was able to break off a small piece and I was afraid she might get it lodged in her throat. My other dog couldn't break thru the density of the bone. They both gave up. They ae used to bones they chew and swallow. I liked their ingredients and thought it might be a good idea. Good customer service from your company.”

“I have four dogs, 1 with a very sensitive stomach. Earthbones have been perfect, because they can enjoy the same treat & they LOVE the bones. No smell, no mess, healthy and happy pups! Thank you for providing a super product.”

“I'm so sad that my dog did not like the bones. That did not hinder the wonderful customer service I received. When I let them know that Maggie wasn't a fan they immediately refunded my money. A great company and great customer service. Thank you”

“Our 3 year old dog absolutely loves the dental bones. He gets one a day after his first meal. When he gets The dental bone, he grabs it and runs to Enjoy!!! So happy we found Earth Bones for our dog!!!”

“My puppy (like most) really dislikes getting her teeth brushed. I was looking for a treat that would help with her dental care, and after seeing an Instagram ad for Earthbones, I wanted to give them a try. Having them all natural was really important, but she also had to want to eat them. Luckily she does! We've given her one a day as a treat and she eats it right away. Happy to keep this going to see her teeth and breath stay clean while we use them!”

“Haven't had time to fully scrutinize the product and its contents. Used 1 package satisfactorily. Currently finishing up another brand I already had. Have another bag of Earthbones after different brand is finished. That will be a while since it's a large quantity. When I return to Earthbones I will provide a full evaluation.”

“Although my puppy found the eartbones too hard I was very pleased with customer service rapid response with a refund. I will give these to a neighbor who has a larger dog who may enjoy them . Thank you for excellent service .”

“Unfortunately, mydog really didn’t take to trying Earthbones. I was so disappointed! I contacted the seller and they refunded my cost and asked that I donate the EarthBones. I donated them to a shelter. Great business protocol! A+++++”

“Unfortunately, my extremely picky senior dog—who is afraid of trying new flavors—would not go near these. I’m bummed, but Earthbones customer service was awesome. They immediately refunded me when I let them know that my dog didn’t care for the bones. I hope they come out with other flavors, as I’m really impressed by the company!”

“Unfortunately my dog wasn’t crazy about the EarthBones, so I said so in my initial review of the product. Within a day of submitting that review, I received a very nice email from EarthBones’ customer service saying they would give me a full refund for my purchase. Who does that these days?! I’m impressed with the company’s obvious attention to customer satisfaction. I don’t doubt that the same conscientiousness goes into producing a good product. My dog just wasn’t crazy about the bones...kind of like some people aren’t crazy about chocolate or lasagna.”

“It is clear that these are made from high quality ingredients. I was tempted to try one myself! Unfortunately, our yorkie mix is spoiled rotten, and is VERY picky. She didn't like them, but when I advised the company, they were very kind and made a more than generous compensation. THIS is a company to do business with, for sure. Also, as a true review of the product itself, although my little "stinker" wasn't impressed, at least three of the four friends that I shared an open package with have fur babies who LOVED them. All good!!”
