Unfortunately my dog wasn’t crazy about the EarthBones, so I said so in my initial review of the product. Within a day of submitting that review, I received a very nice email from EarthBones’ customer service saying they would give me a full refund for my purchase. Who does that these days?! I’m impressed with the company’s obvious attention to customer satisfaction. I don’t doubt that the same conscientiousness goes into producing a good product. My dog just wasn’t crazy about the bones...kind of like some people aren’t crazy about chocolate or lasagna.
