I cannot say enough about the customer service at Earthbones. I ordered some bones for my pups through their website. They were timely in processing and mailing my order. Unfortunately the package was stolen from our mailbox along with some other gifts for Christmas. I reached out to their customer service and told them of my loss. They replaced my order at no additional cost. They totally surpassed my expectations. I cannot wait to see how the pups like the Earthbones. Thank you Earthbones for being a company that truly cares about it’s customers!!
