I gave this a 2 out of 5, not because it is a bad quality snack, but because he wouldn't eat them. I actually think it's probably very good quality. It smells good, and I thought for sure my dog would like them. I think part of the problem is that though they are small, they are very dense and my dog doesn't seem to like treats that are firm. Not sure if it is possible in the future, but may be consider sending a new customer just one treat and then follow up to see if their dog liked it to encourage ordering, for dogs that are pickier (like mine).
