Even though I only purchased two small items -- chalkboard writers -- the service was astonishing. I was having trouble with one item which I was going to return, so I emailed for a return reference. Within minutes, I received a call helping me to resolve the problem, and then a follow up call to confirm it had worked. It did!!
Just to reinforce the point, the total value of my purchases was around £6. This is what I call customer service with a vengeance!
