I have used easichalk several times and on each occasion I cannot fault the exceptional turn-around time; from ordering to delivery has never taken more than 2 days.
The customer service is excellent, after sending only one email, faulty pens were replaced immediately.
It's a shame that I can only award 5 stars as easichalk definitely deserve 10.
