I was very happy with the help Andrew gave me (I'm not good at ordering over the internet) and his suggestion next time I order to email my requirements and then call to pay makes a lot of sense.
Also your range of chalks is better than most and it's a long time since I was able to purchase spare tips - important when I do lettering that needs a continued thickness.
I have attach a page from my leaflets to show what I do with your chalks.
