I recently ordered and received 15 permanent paint markers for my sister for Christmas. They had 10% off but still came in at £36 delivered. Only to realise when they came they weren't even in a box only in a padded envelope. I'm happy with the markers but for that kind of money I'd of expected them to come in a box. Can hardly give them chucked in the bottom of an envelope as a Christmas present....DISAPPOINTING!
