Easy purchase, prompt delivery. Given amazon's harsh terms for businesses, I'm much happier buying direct. As a note, I bought a pentel extra fine paint marker however the quality of the paint is less than the that of the similar uni paint pen. Halfway through writing some plant labels and I can see the drop in paint quality with the pentel product, which is much more watery. No fault of easichalk though who were great.
