Booked Advanced first class tickets to be advised there are no longer any seat allocation and it will be a free for all, first come first serve basis!
Contacted web ticket line and they can barely speak english! Rude service, Arun refused to put me through to his Manager after asking him five times! And after putting me on hold for 10 minutes, his manager conveniently wasn’t free and a call back was requested.
Arun advised me I would get the callback within 10 minutes which I did not!
Finally his manager Michelle called and didn’t have a clue on the processes at all!
Tried calling Customer Relations Team and after holding in a queue system for 40 mins and being 9th caller they cut me off!
Finally spoke to someone today and they said they would process a full refund, including admin fee. Refund email confirmation came through WITHOUT the admin fee, even though I was told this would be refunded.
The outbound email team said they cannot process the admin fee as “computer says no” and I have to get back in touch with Customer Relations Team for them to re-authorise this!
Such bad customer services!
