I have tried in vain with Rebekah, whom I assume is customer services for East (clothing).
I returned a rather underwhelming top back in July and although acknowledged by them, I have been fighting a losing battle to receive a refund.
They have stated that they have returned the refund to a card number which has no connection to me and also a fake ARN number which is so long it falls off the page.
My bank suggested that a call to the serious fraud office is called for. Please look at the Trustpilot reviews none of which ever receive a refund.
