Great house and floor plan. Horrible lot. Developer refused to meet before closing to discuss erosion issues. Ignored landscape engineers recommendations for a retaining wall and fill dirt.
First plan failed within weeks of moving in. Now we are plan #2. Regraded the backyard but refused to add more sod. Playing shrub and pine straw games to help eliminate erosion.
Very unprofessional. Very, very dissatisfied and disgusted with the developer and Eastwood. Many residents here also have same experience. Considering filing BBB complaint.
