My husband and I wanted a one story but did not like the Caldwell plan. When we visited the model home in Patriots Landing, Quinton, Virginia, we met with Chris Blanton from the Richmond Division and he showed us the Ashborough plan which was perfect for us. Chris arranged for us to go and see one under construction in Chesterfield County. Once we looked at the plan in person we were sold! We chose our lot in Patriots Landing and there were not many left but Chris guided us to the best lot to suit our needs and we are very happy with our house and lot, and for Eastwood Homes, Travis and Chris making our dreams come true.
