Warranty claims department is a hustle... You are made to wait a ridiculously long time for acknowledged repairs before anything is actually resolved. I have no choice but to believe that this may be a practice (making clients wait) so that many pf the issues get swept under the rug sort of speak, and forgotten, outright ignored.
