Lots of good things. Personal are great and knowledgeable about product. A few things could be better, like in the Caldwell unit the attic above the garage have the floor joist framed with 2 by fours, this should have been done with 2 by sixes to support a load bearing floor for storage. This makes it look like you took the cheap way out or route here, (2) the pull down attic stairs should not be in the master closet, this is poor planning, these stairs should have been put in the garage ceiling..!! (3)the blinds over the patio door were installed with not enough floor clearance, blinds would not close over a throw rug, the middle bracket had no lag screw anchors, I had to take the whole system down and re-install it for floor clearance, (4) the dryer exhaust box or panel was installed to far back into the wall with a 1" gap between it and the Sheetrock, this has been reported and hopefully will be fixed in the future.
