We are pleased with the home. I would suggest on further models of this home that a larger pantry in the kitchen be included, a utility tub in the garage, a three car garage that you can actually fit 3 larger size cars, and a linen closed in the master bedroom. As for the lot, I must say we are totally dissatisfied. When we purchased the property we made it very clear to the sales agent that the lot was a big factor in our offer on the house. At the time of purchase, nothing was indicated to us that there was a so called common area on our lot which comprises more than a third of it. We are not familiar with common areas, but the name in itself indicates an area that is in use for everybody. We don't understand why our lot configuration has so much of a common space. And to date, we have not received a clear and simple response as to why this property can not be deeded to us.
