Placed an order for a G-Technology EV dock /2TB over the weekend and arrived on Tuesday. I phoned the company late Monday as I hadn't had any shipment confirmation. Sales guy informed me that the item wasn't in stock but they had contacted their distributor to have the item delivered straight to my address rather than loose an extra day which I thought was pretty decent. Overall v happy with service and will prob end up buying my studio XL with EV system from them which apparently is being released in the next two weeks according to the sales bloke. Also as a heads up its worth noting that El Capitain doesn't support RAID anymore in disk utility so I had to to get a copy of SoftRAID.
