Excellent customer service and couldn't be more helpful. Excellent communication at updating me when my item would be in stock. When the HD OMNI I purchased only had a US plug (not ESV's fault) they sent one which was with me the next day.
Very polite and knowledgeable and had the best price. Highly recommended.
