I contacted Eastwood because my normal supplier didn't have the equipment I needed in stock. There was a bit of a "misunderstanding" with the gentleman with whom I first discussed my order - I explained that I needed the gear very quickly to show off our facility to a prospective sponsor the following week. I paid immediately by BACS. The next day, I thought I would just check that things were going smoothly and rang the office - but the message inferred was that "I didn't want the equipment until next week"! Anyway, things were put right immediately and I did receive the gear in time and was able to install it just in time to get the sponsor's approval. So all ended well. The vote would have been "very good" but for that rather unsettling misunderstanding!
