EAP is constantly improving, updating, and supporting. There is an ongoing focus on user experience and they are genuinely working on a daily basis to make your site activity and your business grow. I really like that there are templates and apps that are easy to use, but give a whole level of customization more than there generic website builders are able to give. The Facebook group has been helpful to see what other agents are doing as well.
