They have no ability to repackage goods. Unless you feel you have the ability to factory package anything you open, including the outer packaging, you WILL NOT be able to return it.
The website could be clearly that it is not just referring to the internal packaging and item.
I understand the problem but why are they the only company who can't deal with repackaging.
