“We used the Crewe branch. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We bought some beautiful tiles for our bathroom floor and they had 10% discount so we were well pleased”
“Please do not use this company. They have fitted a £13k bathroom for me and I'm not happy with the level of finish and some damage to certain items. Since raising my concerns they've gone very quiet and I've been waiting for somebody to come out to inspect. Was told my finance agreement would not start until the bathroom was signed off, but low and beyond it's started and there's nothing I can do about it. Oh and the shower screen is leaking from both sides!! Just avoid at all costs please”
“Went into the Rugby store. The staff there were so friendly and helpful, really helped me to make my decisions.
Had a couple tiles arrive damaged, looks like they were knocked in transport. Like others I found customer service a bit unresponsive, however I went into the store and the young lady there (Didnt get her name), was very helpful. In the end I ordered another pack of tiles while customer service dealt with the refund against the original broken tiles.
Store service was great, let down somewhat by the customer service team.”
“Had a horrible experience : Ordered ~£3000 worth of items amongst which had couple of issues : 1.Incorrect set of floor tiles 2. New vanity unit with damages in corners; After finding out that any further action would delay my bathroom remodelling project and afraid of having to pay extra to builders, i progressed with alternates to my floor tiles & had my builder fix damages to vanity unit so that i can finish my project. It has been close to 2 months now but i am yet to get the Incorrectly delivered tiles collected / refunded the money due for those. So far i have had 4 different dates given for collection of these tiles but no one turns up to pick them; Every time i have to ensure someone is present at home during core work hours of the days, which is an overhead for my family. There is some serious issue this company has with logistics / returns etc., Has been a regrettable experience for me as i could have got these items elsewhere which could have saved me time and money. Even after specifying a date, the incorrect tiles were still not collected. This is simply appalling.”
“I had to pay twice for a new toilet seat to be replaced as wood started to separate.
Now my marble surround sink is cracking and I'm being told it's my fault.
2.5 years old.
I tried uploading photos but keeps telling me it can't.”
“Being defrauded of $145,000 was one of the most painful experiences of my life. The emotional toll was immediate—panic, shame, and uncertainty. Reaching out to Mrs. Mercy was a turning point. Her team treated my case with care and professionalism. They didn’t make false promises but stayed transparent and supportive throughout. In the end, they managed to recover a large portion of my funds. I finally had something to be hopeful about again.”

“Absolutely shocking company the driver drove all down the grass at the side of my home ripping it all up it took me months to get the complaint delt with and all I could get out of them in the end was £75 when the repairs completed from the damage they made was £345. I should of took the matter further really”
“Absolutely disgusting customer service both in store and over the phone. Not one person willing to help or provide any solutions. The online website suggests they have all tiles in stock. When ordering. They take you money then email you to tell you the tiles arnt in stock and they will be delivered in 2 months time. Just as that time comes up for delivery they email again to give a further delay on the tiles. We have waited for 5 months for tiles and yet again the have been delayed another two more months with no guarantee they will arrive then. Absolutely unacceptable.
This company takes your money with false promises and false advertisement of what they can actually offer.
Tiles have come smashed and broken. This company is a joke. Never ever give them your money or custom they don't deserve any of it because not one person has been able to provide an alternative or solution to the next 2 months delay to our order but still have our money and cannot provide us with the two tiles we need to finish our job with no option to buy showroom tiles 'as they don't do this' or any tiles over their other shops. They decided to send 'alternative look a likes' which don't match at all. To which they then told they actually don't have any of the. In stock either. I couldn't be any more angry or frustrated at this awful company and customer service. I absolutely stumped on what I can do next.”
“I bought my new bathroom - tiles, shower unit, toilet and washbasin from Easy Bathrooms, Chorley. I couldn't have had a better service from them. It was all planned extremely well and I was advised on products as well as sales offers. Their products and service generally were superb!”
“Delivery was delayed but no communication at all. Until I called asking where my order was. They also only deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays but keep it a big secret. My delivery was delayed by over 3 days with no notification. Harlow branch asked me to get in touch with Customer services who never responded when I said I wanted to place a complaint. No one seems to care when things go wrong. My builder lost over 3 days thanks to them. Their communication is non existent. Their measurers came to measure before we bought materials and I was left with over 7 bags of adhesive (20kgs each) extra. When I asked to return this additional material (due to their measurer's lack of measuring skills) they refused to take it back. Stay clear at all costs! They are very pricey for the unreliable, non responsive and do not give a damn attitude! Use tile mountain who are far far more reliable.”
“Absolutely shocking treatment from easy bathrooms. Right from the beginning our experience was poor.
Customer advisor totalled our bill wrong and rang up to say they wanted more money, tiles arrived with around 20% smashed.
A year and a half after installation all the poor quality MDF surrounding the bath, sink and toilet is splitting. Both bath and sink plugs broke pretty early on and the toilet is badly marked where the varnish has come off.
We only use bleach like every other household has done!
We sent photos off and received a reply from the technical department to say nothing they can do, this is due to water splashing on to the units and not covered.
So are you telling me we bought a bathroom suite from you which can’t be used around water?!! This was certainly not explained by the sales person in your branch! You also said the toilet varnish had come off due to using bleach!!! Really are you saying that none of your toilets can be cleaned with any kind of cleaning product which has been used for decades?
I will also mention that the shower screen purchased was weak and flimsy and came off the wall within months.
We have complained to the manager of the branch who will not do a thing to help customer services do not want to know and sent an email saying as such.
We are so furious, we are not leaving it here. Thousands of pounds wasted on substandard rubbish. If you’re considering buying a bathroom suite from Easy Bathrooms my recommendation is that you totally avoid and go somewhere reputable.”
“Arrived at Crawley to collect my order, having specially asked the man that called to confirm a previously delayed mirror was now in as well as the other items. To which he confirmed the mirror was in. On my arrival no mirror. Both members of staffed repeatedly referred to the vanity unit (with mirrored doors) as the mirror. First member of staff offered to rectify their mistake by delivering the mirror when it came in. A fair solution, until the manager stepped in. Insisting that when he called he was refering the mirror on the vanity unit. Adopted a passive aggressive attitude, saying the mirror would only be delivered if I paid for it. Wasn't prepared to acknowledge his mistake or offer a solution to the error. I certainly will not buy from them again due to one individuals bad attitude.”
“Avoid! Shocking company! They owe me over £1,000 for sending me the wrong bathroom tiles. They do not answer their phones at customer service! This has been going on for over two weeks now! Do not order from this company! Save yourself the grief and your money!”
“Hi there! I am yet another very angry and dissatisfied customer and instead of sharing my story I would URGE everyone who has had a bad experience and has written a review here about Easy Bathrooms to post them on Trustpilot because they have 4.4 starts there and this is how we got caught. I am sure they are mostly fake reviews and so all your experience should be transparent and seen at the platform where most people go for reviews. Many thanks!”
“I visited Easy Bathroom Worcester on 22 November for an appointment to discuss my requirements for a new bathroom. I chose some possible bathroom suites, and the agreed outcome of the appointment is that I would be emailed over provisional options and prices, and then they would visit to measure up to confirm the costs. It is a week later, and no further communication has been received. I have decided to look elsewhere, rather than chase them up, as this does not bode well for the installation phase.”
“I recently spent £1600 on vanity units and bath panels from Easy Bathrooms for my new bathroom. Unfortunately, these products are made from MDF and fail as soon as they get wet. Despite replacing two units, they continue to deteriorate. Easy Bathrooms now claims the issue is due to installing the unit under a sink, which caused it to get wet. However, these vanity units are designed to have a sink fitted on top and were sold to me for this exact purpose. Despite being marketed and priced as high-quality items, they are actually low-quality MDF and clearly not waterproof.”
“3 orders 3 wrong deliveries. Well two wrong deliveries and one defective item.
Front of the house in the shops is brilliant, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with.
Now Warehousing and despatch really need to go to specsavers and start using an Abacus! Check your orders thoroughly! Not just for quantity, but also for any sign of defective packaging!”
