Have gone to easy bathrooms thinking will have good quality... was really wrong... Just after few months thighs started to fall appart, starting from toilet seats and flushes, shelves fallifg out in of unit that was over 500£, wastes rusting and pealing off, tap very stiff need replacing, shower valve leaking.. The list is endless... contacted Sheffield branch and to start they sorted few things, but it was not long before other things gone wrong again and now I'm just ignored, been promised it will be sortedand nothing is done, im send to Customer serviceand they do nothing too saying its not covered by warranty. Now another flush broke send email and been told its not in stock and can't be replaced, whent to shop and been advised delivery with in 3 days for price of 56£ for flush, when aksed about the warranty been told will take to long, than said will sort it and again 2 weeks gone and nothing done.... All I want to say this company is a bunch of liers that sell cheap staff.. I had my previous bathroom from a private plumbing company and never had issues for 15 year, now I got 3 bathrooms done from easy bathrooms, and it all needs replacing after 2 years. AVOID IF YOU DON'T HAVE SPARE CASH AND TIME TO WASTE!!!

Who would have thought a bathroom unit couldn’t even have a bit of condensation on it! A unit that is in the room which naturally has the most water!! Clearly we have been showering and bathing all wrong and everything must be bone dry. I must remember that when I get out of a bath to dry myself before stepping out and then go around the entire room wiping off any hint of condensation! I can’t roll my eyes hard enough at this. We spent thousands on their units doing up our upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet, only to find that in just over a year, the upstairs sink unit has started to peel. To be clear; there is an extractor fan above that area and the window is also left wide open to minimise steam when showering or bathing and we usually shower more than having a bath, so water is even further away from the sink. Contacted easy bathrooms with this issue expecting to receive more help from somewhere that charges through the nose for their units, only to be met with a complete cop out reply blaming us as customers. Their excuse was that because the sink was next to the bath it was water damaged. I must have forgotten all the times the bath water was so high it reached the top of the sink unit which is at least a good 30cm above the rim of the bath. Also it’s regular practice in our house to grab a load of water and throw it all over the unit clearly. Why would you have a shower or bath any other way?! To be offered 50% off a new unit was a complete insult on a clearly inferior product which we don’t trust wouldn’t do exactly the same another year down the line. What a waste of money. They claim they have a guarantee but turns out this is just words to get people to buy their products and they mean absolutely nothing. Obviously they no longer care as we have already paid for our units so they don’t feel like it is their responsibility anymore. In their own words: “All Easy Bathrooms products are backed with extensive guarantees offering you up to 25 years of coverage against a range of manufacturing and design faults. We already offer the highest quality products at amazing prices but to give you extra peace of mind all of our own brand products are guaranteed - so you know when you buy from Easy Bathrooms your bathroom will stand the test of time.” Incase anyone is still unsure - this is a blatant lie!! We have previously bought a sink unit from Wickes which was of a significantly higher standard for a fraction of the cost. Definitely avoiding in the future and if I could give negative stars I would. I would love to continue justifying why I left one star, but I have buckets of water I need to throw around the rest of the house and they’re not going to throw themselves. The rest of the rooms obviously need to match. May even bring the garden hose inside for efficiency!

We went to the Telford store and was greeted by Matthew who was friendly and very helpful in guiding us to make sure we made the correct choice. He guided us around the store to make sure we were happy with our decision. Gave us a quote with no pressure to order. He was very quick to help us get a replacement panel for the toilet unit. We certainly would ensure we would see him again in the future for any further purchases.

OMG I wish I had read these reviews before ordering our bathroom via the Bury St Edmunds branch. Order full of mistakes clearly due to the staff not knowing their products. Items damaged and getting things replaced? Might as well not bother ! Customer service rude and useless and the company totally unwilling to take any blame for incorrect orders and faulty goods. Because of the issues it has taken our builder 5 weeks instead of two and the job isn’t complete yet because they haven’t sent replacements for their own ordering mistakes. This has cost us and our builders time and money. We have experienced many of the issues reported on here but because our builder ordered the goods on his trade account … they won’t even talk to us now … what a joke ! My advice? Avoid at all costs !!

Absolutely disgusted by this situation which I will be taking as high as possible. Went to the showroom in Staples Corner and sat down with a very helpful bathroom designer. Designed bathroom and made payment, parts were delivered, I validated parts arrive against invoice. Unfortunately the builder was in hospital, now builder is available (goods purchased in October), checking the parts and noticed an issue whereby the designer ordered a shower door when it should have been a shower side panel. Unfortunately the boxes are not well labelled so had to be opened. I called back to the showroom who knew immediately what the fault was, apologised and stated it was there fault and the part should be swapped out, head office disagreed. I then spoke to Natalie at customer service who informed me that I should have checked the invoice and then I would have known. No Natalie, the invoice will always match the items because the items were delivered correctly, the issue was the original item is incorrect. Unfortunately Natalie doesn't posses enough intelligence to understand that concept as she is adamant it's my fault. I called back and spoke with Hannah. Hannah believes it's my fault because even though I'm not an engineer, have no building or bathroom experience I should know that the part was wrong and I needed a wall rather than a door part because I should know, even though ALL parts (irrespective of whether it's a door or not), are labelled hinge door. Hannah stated that I should know the part I want and then know that what delivered is incorrect and the plastic should not be removed from the item. As I understand it, even though THEY made the mistake and ordered then delivered the wrong part, I as the customer with no experience is supposed to know it's the wrong part, also the fact that the boxes are labelled the same means nothing. Hannah has informed me that I will now be required to pay £170 for the correct part and I assume dispose of the other. In short, Easy Bathrooms punish there customers for there mistakes. Telling me that you refuse to collect the part because the plastic was removed from the door is an embarrassment to your professional service you're meant to maintain and uphold. I would say don't do business but the showroom staff (with the exception of the guy who made a genuine mistake), are good professionals. The back office staff clearly lack comprehension.

Nice showroom with pleasant staff, but once you have paid for your order the pleasantness stops. Numerous problems with deliveries, wrong and damaged items sent, which they refuse to replace. The worst Customer Service we have ever had, they ignore phone calls and emails, and that was after spending over £8k. Go elsewhere, there are many alternative bathroom companies.

Do not order from this company, they refuse returns and refunds. I ordered a bath panel. The day after arrival I partially opened the package before realising the dimensions were not as I required. Therefore I resealed and contacted the company to return within 48 hours. They refused my return claiming "unfortunately I am not able to accept this return back as the packaging is not in full resalable condition". This is a blatant lie.

Very poor after sales service. After the paint started peeling off our tap after only a few months they initially advised it was damage we had caused, when we challenged their response they changed their mind & advised it was chemical damage. Apparently you should only clean their fixtures with a warm, damp cloth, no detergent. Very attentive when trying to get the sale, once the sale is made they are no where to be seen. Very poor after spending over £6k on a bathroom with them.

I have a trade account with this company for some years in which i have purchased goods for myself and my customers alike. On 17th July 2023 i went to the Birstall store , West Yorkshire. I called and spoke to " Salma" and ordered 20 chester beige ceramic tiles, she gave me a day and time to collect before 5.30 pm. I arrived there at 5pm and asked for the tiles , she said that the forklift drivers had left for the day and was unable to bring them out to the car. I wasn't happy. She called for assistance from another staff member and together they pulled the pallet to the car.Salma helped me place them into the car. Subsequently when all the tiles were in the car she thanked me for the business and made her way back into the showroom. I returned back into the showroom to pay like any honest person would do. After making the transaction I questioned Salma on the returns policy , she replied "within 30 days of purchase undamaged". I returned back to the store within the 30 days on 5/08/23,with one whole box unused and sealed. I handed the box to a staff member known to be "Sam". He told me that he couldn't refund me because I went over the 15 days returns policy.I told him that this was being unfair and dishonest as Salma told me it was a 30 days return policy. Unfortunately he couldn't do anything other than to expect a call from the manager "James". Subsequently i received a call from James who started giving me the policy jargon , but i got annoyed and told him to "stick the tiles where the sun doesn't shine" His handling of the situation was very poor which he did not show any sort of compassion. How pathetic is this , i was honest and went back into the store to pay £235.60 for 20 tiles and in return they couldn't refund me for what i paid within the 30 days. “Don't trust them , make sure you get it in writing from the sales person “.

this before you commit If you are thinking of purchasing from EasyBathrooms, please read before you do - it is a long one but worth it for the experience. Initial Experience We went to a local EB showroom. Really attentive and pleasant staff - weren't that knowledgeable about practicalities of fitting, but expectations were not that high in this regard. Got a quote for 2 bathrooms and they were happy to recommend 2 out of a number with whom they had good experience. Quote itself was on the high side, but we were reassured by the various warranties and they offered a discount related to my employer. There was a bit of chasing afterwards from them to sell inevitably, but no more than any other retail business. Price Comparison I did my online research in relation to EB. There was a number of equally positive and negative reviews - but didn't particularly concern me. I checked the prices in detail and found some interesting comparisons - in fact exactly the same products offered through Go Bathrooms (GB - ebay) and The Bath People (BP - Amazon). These products, with different names but same product code in Cubico catalogues, were offered at significant discounts - over £1000 different in our quoted price. Digging a bit further I found that the parent company for EB is Cubico - companies house shows links to GB and BP. In essence they are the all same company. I don't know if GB and BP are still running. I spoke with EB who initially didn't acknowledge the companies were the same, stating that they did not compare with online providers - despite the fact they were competing with themselves. After a month of conversation - during which time the person making the decision was seemingly endlessly unavailable - they agreed to honour the discount. Delivery and checking No issues with the delivery personnel. Very honest disclosing EB were moving warehouses and loads of products were being delivered damaged - this included an expensive shower screen which appeared to have been stuck in the lorry with cellotape. The screen and other items went back as boxes were clearly damaged or incorrect. The items themselves were tightly packed, understandably, but this in turn made it very difficult to check properly - and you have a fairly limited time to do so. Installation The fitter we went with was recommended by EB as someone who worked with them regularly - they knew their products which was helpful. Fitting was delayed twice due to issues with other EB work as products were damaged and this caused delays for the fitter. Fitter disclosed they had a claim in against EB themselves due to quality issues. As the fitting progressed more problems were found. Other items were replaced and 2.5 boxes of tiles were entirely smashed once opened. I would like to say that the onus was on EB to deliver replacements quickly as we were part way through fitting, but it took them a number of days to deliver the replacement items - customer service was secondary. Fitting for 2nd bathroom was pushed back due to issues with EB products on other jobs for the fitter. Alas the fitter disappeared - nothing to do with EB, albeit I do feel some of the delay was. I fitted 2nd bathroom myself. Post-fitting 6 months after fitting the second bathroom I noticed some swelling to a standing unit. No water around it and no leak. Complained and was told units were splash resistant only and most likely caused by being in standing water (on 3-5mm feet fitted by manufacturer), this changed to drips not being wiped off - they made this decision off of a few photos and did not come to visit, despite a number of offers. I queried this referencing previous damage - likely this was an unseen issue or water had crept in as a result of poor sealing during manufacture. EB stated they had referred it to a technician, then said they went by manufacturer guidance, then said they would expected to see any issues in first 6 months. They haven't really provided anything to substantiate any of this. Waiting for a reply from the 4th person I have now been referred to. They have offered me the opportunity to purchase the item again for £200. Summary I have tried to be balanced here, but would I use EB again? No. Are they worse than other comparable providers? I have used Victoria Bathrooms, B&Q and Wickes before, and I can say EB products feel poorer quality, more expensive and customer service is worse. They are just a bit disorganised but happy to be difficult and shrug off concerns. Their warranty is never likely to result in the receipt of replacement items. That's it. Hope it helps

Had 2-bathroom suites from Easy Bathrooms within weeks of each other, so far we have had: 1) Faulty shower base (covering not glued properly to its stone base) I was accused of us / the fitter not checking prior to installation (which we absolutely did) as our Fitter told me how Easy can try & wriggle out of everything. The fitter was Ex-Forces with a strong attention to detail (Military background & when looking for IED's, you have to look very carefully at everything, for good reason he explained to me on day 1 of the install...opening boxes). He noticed we were missing a waste, said that often happens so he carries a couple of spares, so installations are not held up! 2) Faulty Shower screen (leaked onto our new skirting & leaked down onto the kitchen ceiling) 3) One of the toilets let water through the main body if the unit & drained down the inside of the internal 'foot' on one side 4) Issues with the basin waste, if you leave the tap running, the basin fills up unless you virtually unscrew the pop-up plug, I am yet to pluck up the courage to ask for a replacement, as we haven't had a shower in the Ensuite for over 2 months which is far more (de)pressing. 5) Other shower screen started leaking as of today 13/10/2023. We have just instructed Home Insurance Legal Protection to sort - a ridiculous situation!

We had our bathroom installed only 2 years ago and already one of our taps are leaking. We sent a photo of the tap to Easy Bathrooms as it should still be replaceable under the 10 year warranty and have been told that they will not replace the tap because the seal has been damaged by limescale buildup(?). Limescale is a natural build up from water and if a tap is unable to withstand limescale buildup, how is it for purpose?? It is also not possible to clean this finely. Even our installer thought this was a ridiculous response. We have tried emailing easy bathrooms directly and received no response which is extremely unprofessional. After having bought a £200 tap, it seriously is not worth the price if it only lasts 2 years despite the 10 year warranty if Easy Bathrooms can use any nonsense excuse to refuse to replace it.

I ordered 2 bathroom cabinets and unfortunately one was delivered with scratched mirror in several places! Being pressed with time with our fitter’s availability, the cabinet got installed before I had the chance to report the scratches to easy bathroom. Easy bathroom customer service won’t do a thing to compensate me. I certainly won’t be recommending or buying again from them!

Very poor customer service. Faulty product which took ages to resolve. Had to go to their HO to authorise. Misinformation by staff at Derby branch. Refused a cash refund even though I paid cash and had to go back on a card. Staff member really couldn’t be bothered with any sort of customer service. Would never use again and would recommend people not to use at all.

Absolutely terrible customer service!. If I could give a zero rating I would. One of the bathroom cabinet doors we order was damaged (mirror cracked and corner broken) Easybathrooms would not offer a replacement or refund. If something goes wrong with your order you will not receive any support. Just a lame excuse. You have been warned. We have spent thousands of pounds with this company and still have two more bathrooms to renovate. Due to their incredibly crappy customer support. We will be spending our money elsewhere… 0/10 Buyer beware.
