Delivery was delayed but no communication at all. Until I called asking where my order was. They also only deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays but keep it a big secret. My delivery was delayed by over 3 days with no notification. Harlow branch asked me to get in touch with Customer services who never responded when I said I wanted to place a complaint. No one seems to care when things go wrong. My builder lost over 3 days thanks to them. Their communication is non existent. Their measurers came to measure before we bought materials and I was left with over 7 bags of adhesive (20kgs each) extra. When I asked to return this additional material (due to their measurer's lack of measuring skills) they refused to take it back. Stay clear at all costs! They are very pricey for the unreliable, non responsive and do not give a damn attitude! Use tile mountain who are far far more reliable.
