I visited Easy Bathroom Worcester on 22 November for an appointment to discuss my requirements for a new bathroom. I chose some possible bathroom suites, and the agreed outcome of the appointment is that I would be emailed over provisional options and prices, and then they would visit to measure up to confirm the costs. It is a week later, and no further communication has been received. I have decided to look elsewhere, rather than chase them up, as this does not bode well for the installation phase.
