We purchased black tiles and white tiles advertised as the same size and range for a check pattern. The black tiles were 3mm bigger than the white hence useless to us. We requested a return for these tiles on the day they were delivered, this company refused to accept a return for these tiles. Despite delivering some of them in nothing more than black shrink wrap and one of the boxes being opened before delivery to us, evidenced as per the delivery drivers own proof of delivery photo, they claimed the entire 4 boxes and the stack in the shrink wrap were unresaleable because I resealed the opened with brown tape instead of clear... Avoid bad companies like this with poor customer service and save yourself the headache.
