Went into the Rugby store. The staff there were so friendly and helpful, really helped me to make my decisions.
Had a couple tiles arrive damaged, looks like they were knocked in transport. Like others I found customer service a bit unresponsive, however I went into the store and the young lady there (Didnt get her name), was very helpful. In the end I ordered another pack of tiles while customer service dealt with the refund against the original broken tiles.
Store service was great, let down somewhat by the customer service team.
