Beware the 30 day contract imposed on the customer after purchasing your products! This their protection against miss management and poor delivery skills. I took delivery of my bathroom furniture and due to delay of finding a plumber to install it I went outside my allotted 30 days. When the equipment boxes were opened we found the shower tray broken and the shower door hadn't been delivered. A panel had been added to my consignment which was meant for another customer. When I tried to rectify all of this with customer service I kept being told nothing could be done. It cost me in excess of £1000 to re purchase the broken and missing items. Plus I've paid twice including Vat. No concessions were given. I feel robbed and degraded.
