Went into the Doncaster store when the supposedly 'free fitting' was on offer if you purchased the bathroom fittments. I had a plan drawn out with measurements to show what we wanted (only a small bathroom). The man I spoke to was training another person, but he looked at the plans & said that I had to choose my items first, then make an appointment. I said that I was only looking for a rough estimate at the moment so he glanced at the plan, & said I was looking at around £13500 - to say I was shocked was an understatement as my fitted kichen with appliances & tiles cost less than that. He then said that if I wanted Easy Bathrooms to provide a service I would have to pay for it....so arrogant. Anyway, I have now had my bathroom re-done by local tradesmen for under £5k.....would I recommend Easy Bathrooms...in a word...NO.
