The worst company ever dealt with sent damaged fridge both doors smashed support bar kinked could see where forklift had punctured the packaging. Never opened within 24hrs didn’t want fridge to get damaged as room wasn’t ready rang them and got the most arrogant man I’ve ever spoken read the small print can’t you do simple maths your to late so condescending. So stuck with £450 broken fridge decided to see if I could get spare parts so rang technical department same arrogant man(must work in every department)you can buy two pieces of glass for £160 he said how do I fit these to sealed units I asked, I don’t know get yourself a glass engineer was his reply quite simply the worst customer service ever!!!!!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!!!
