Ordered a pie warmer. Realised on the second day it wasn't working properly. They have refused to give a refund without the original packaging, which I had already disposed of. I probably would have understood if I wanted a refund because I changed my mind or something, but if a product if faulty they have a legal requirement to refund me regardless of whether I have the packaging or not. Off to the small claims courts I go.
