We ordered some chairs. We were told after ordering that even though the website said they were in stock, they would not be able to deliver for 3 months. The chairs turned up unannounced. The courier dumped them on the porch without ringing the doorbell, even though someone was in. When we unpacked the chairs a few days later, one of the chairs had a bent leg. Because it was reported 24hr after the delivery was received, they refused to replace the chair or issue a partial refund. I have reported them to trading standards. order number 1103704
