Bought a large meat mincer (£500+) from them for Next Day delivery. Waited in next day to get it ( self employed - so no work , no pay). It didn't come. nobody answers the phone and the email - that's just a joke. All they've done ( on email) is point me at an email they sent after the mincer should have been delivered! to them next day means 1-3 days after they process the order! They will not refund my money - in fact they pointedly avoid the word refund in any of their emails. And still no mincer 6 days later. I would avoid this company LIKE THE PLAGUE. Not sure if I'm ever going to see my meat mincer or money again!
