AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!! We bought a mobile sink for £530 from this company in mid-November, after three days use the sink stopped working. We requested a return and refund in line with Consumer Law. However, they DO NOT FOLLOW CONSUMER LAW!!! As with all others here, they ignore emails, you get excuses about protocol and T's & C's and the lack of customer support and concern is appalling. I had to deal with a trainee on a telephone call, with the Manager in background telling her what to say, when I said please put the Manager on, the Manager refused. They are now demanding that I provide my credit card details and have refused to send out an engineer unless I do. We have had to go direct to the Manufacturer to resolve this matter and have now gone via Trading Standards. I'd avoid this company like the plague but stop rogue companies like this operating I'd also suggest reporting them on to Trading Standards!!
