Never, never use this company. Bought a meat slicer for nearly £400. Once unpacked found it to be damaged and unfit for purpose, positively unsafe to use. Several emails and phone calls later, stating they are in the clear as I didn't adhere to their "terms and conditions" as couldn't unpack in front of driver. Offered me £30 courtesy payment. Now making formal complaint and will take legal action to bring this sham of a company to rights. They should NOT be trading, taking money off people dishonestly, they should be brought to rights and struck off.
