Requested a refund for a cancelled flight on the 5th of January as Easyjet left us stranded in Fuerteventura! I am still waiting for a refund for the cancelled flights! What a joke. Care of duty = 0. Ridicioulos service. Would have thought because they left us stranded, they would at least sort the refund out so I can find another way home! I had to borrow money from family so we could get home!!!!!! They just pull their shoulders up when I asked when will they fly us home. Worst airline I ever dealt with!!!!!
AVOID AS THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT ANYONE!
