During the pandemic I ve had 2 trips cancelled and had to change one . One refund done simply on line , ok had to be patient but got money back in a few weeks . One refund request over phone ( waited in queue about 20 mins ,) money back on card in 3 days , one flight change , website not working beyond confirm changes so called ,15 min wait and had flights changed to another week free of charge . Customer service staff great . Tough times for all Thank you EJ customer service
