Its not the forst time that easy jet let me down,but will be the last for sure.I strongly advice not to use this company,never had any issues with any other company.Had 3 flights canceled they did not mean to refund and they did not,did the same mystake,booked with them again and guess what,flight canceled,i manage to change it was canceled again asked for refund,they saying my booking ref number doesnt exist in their system,i said i would send a print screen they sai the system wont work like that,fill up the refund form.Just avoid at all cost travel with them.
